More Services
Automatic Failover
The active server is permanently monitored by a backup server (HotSpare). In case of failure, it automatically takes over all tasks — without manual intervention.
Location-Independent Failover
By default, both servers are located in the same data center. For the most extreme requirements, the backup server can be operated at a geographically separate location.
INGATE Premium Support
Support via email and phone, free 24/7 emergency hotline, personal point of contact, and highly qualified on-site personnel.
Real-Time Data Synchronization
Data is kept synchronized in real time between both nodes. In case of a failover, all data is immediately available on the HotSpare — zero data loss.
iDRAC9 & OpenManage
Both nodes feature iDRAC9 LightsOut management. KVM-over-IP, firmware updates, and proactive monitoring — without physical access.
Managed Option
Every HA setup can optionally be operated as a managed server — with regular updates, server monitoring, and failover tests.
