We use high-quality Schroff Varistar racks with 800 mm width and 1,200 mm depth. Servers with up to one meter installation depth can be accommodated without any issues.

Is it possible to visit the data center?

Yes, absolutely! We warmly invite you for an on-site tour. Please contact our sales team to schedule an appointment.

How quickly can a rack be provisioned?

Typically, we provision racks within one business day.

Do you offer bandwidth-based billing?

Yes, we offer both bandwidth-based and volume-based billing models. Contact us for a customized quote.

How does Direct Connect work?

Via Direct Connect, you connect your colocation hardware to the INGATE Cloud with just a click. This allows you to leverage burst capacity or flexibly expand your infrastructure — without additional physical connections.

Can tower servers or non-19" devices be accommodated?

Yes, this is possible in consultation with us. The space requirement is determined and converted into rack units. We provide suitable shelves.
