What Is Nehalem?
Nehalem is Intel's processor microarchitecture that substantially improves upon its predecessor Core:

- Quick Path Interconnect (QPI): Faster communication between CPU and chipset
- Hyper-Threading: Doubling of logical cores
- Turbo Boost: Automatic clock speed adjustment on demand
