We have developed a Nagios plugin that allows the validity of Confixx licenses to be monitored automatically.
Why License Monitoring?
Expired Confixx licenses cause the web interface to stop working and prevent new customers or domains from being created. The Nagios plugin warns you in time before expiration.
How It Works
The plugin regularly checks the license status and returns corresponding Nagios status messages:
- OK: License valid, more than 30 days until expiration
- WARNING: License expires within the next 30 days
- CRITICAL: License has expired or expires within 7 days
Availability
The plugin is available to all INGATE managed server customers with Confixx. If you are interested, contact our technical team at info@ingate.de.
Note: Since Confixx is no longer being developed, we recommend switching to LiveConfig or Plesk in the long term.
