Important Information About SEPA

7 January 2014 | INGATE Team

On February 1, 2014, national payment methods will be replaced by the unified SEPA procedures (Single Euro Payments Area). This particularly affects bank transfers and direct debits.

What Changes for You?

If you pay INGATE by direct debit, we will switch the collection to the SEPA direct debit procedure. Your existing direct debit authorization will automatically continue to be used as a SEPA direct debit mandate.

Your SEPA Details

For the transition, we need your IBAN and BIC. You can find these on your bank statement or bank card. If we do not yet have your IBAN on file, we will contact you separately.

Our SEPA Details

  • Creditor ID: (will be communicated to you via invoice)
  • Mandate Reference: Your customer number

Pre-Notification

Before each direct debit, you will receive advance notification (pre-notification) with the collection amount and the collection date. This information is noted on your invoice.

No Action Required

In most cases, no action on your part is required. The transition will take place automatically. If we need additional information, we will contact you.

For questions about the SEPA transition, you can reach us at info@ingate.de.
