We are pleased to announce that INGATE now offers AWS Direct Connect from our Munich data center. This enables our customers to establish a dedicated network connection between their INGATE infrastructure and Amazon Web Services.
What is AWS Direct Connect?
AWS Direct Connect enables a private network connection between your data center and the AWS Cloud. Unlike a conventional internet connection, Direct Connect offers:
- Guaranteed bandwidth: Dedicated line capacity without shared-medium limitations
- Lower latency: Direct connection without public internet routing
- Consistent performance: No fluctuations caused by internet congestion
- Reduced costs: Lower data transfer fees compared to internet transfer

We offer AWS Direct Connect in the following configurations:
- 1 Gbit/s dedicated
- 10 Gbit/s dedicated
- Hosted Connections starting at 50 Mbit/s
