PIN Required for Phone Support Starting March 1

Starting March 1, 2012, you will need your personal customer PIN for phone support at INGATE.

Why a PIN?

The PIN serves security and faster identification:

  • Security: We ensure that only authorized persons can request changes to your systems
  • Efficiency: Quick identification allows us to handle your request without detours

Where Do I Find My PIN?

You can find your personal support PIN:

  • In your customer area at manager.ingate.de
  • On your latest invoice

What Changes?

When you contact our phone support, you will be asked for your customer number and PIN. After successful identification, we can handle your request as usual.

Email Support

Nothing changes for email inquiries. Continue to send your requests to info@ingate.de.
