Our updated General Terms and Conditions will take effect on January 1, 2018. The revision serves to improve transparency and takes into account current legal developments.
Key Changes
The updated Terms and Conditions include the following adjustments:
- Service Level Agreements: More precise definitions of availability guarantees and response times for the various service levels
- Support Services: Clearer definition of support services included in the base price and paid additional services
- Cancellation Periods: Standardization of cancellation periods to one month before the end of the contract term
- Payment Terms: Adjustment of payment deadlines to industry standards
Transition Period
For existing contracts, the new Terms and Conditions apply from the next renewal period. All customers will receive the updated Terms and Conditions by email.
